Cass Sunstein on Colbert tonight

He had a new book called "Simpler: the Future of Government."

Steven Colbert noted his position as the Administrator of the White House Office for Information and Regulatory Affairs or the "Regulatory Czar" from 2008-2011. Sunstein points out that under Obama the number of laws and the cost of laws is down compared to the Bush administration. He bashes on the food pyramid and talks about giving "regulatory nudges" or low cost warnings versus laws regulating and limiting freedoms.  Colbert of course pokes fun and jests, as would be expected.  But Sunstein holds his own pretty well.
